Where will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered at an address that you've chosen.
When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered within 3 till 5 working days after receiving a confirmation mail of your order.
How much do I pay for my delivery?
Deliveries within the Belgium are free of charges for orders above €200, else will they be charged at €7.
Deliveries within the Netherlands and Luxemburg will be charged at €12.
Deliveries within Germany and France and will be charged at €17.

Returns
When you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return within 14 days after receiving your order. All items returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in completely undamaged condition.
To return your order, follow the next steps
- 1. Send a mail to info@furore.fashion to inform us what you want to return. Don't forget to mention your ordernumber, so that your return can easily be processed.
- 2. Fill in the return form, added within your package, and add it to the article you want to return.
- 3. Shipping charges for returns via Bpost or another courier service shall be borne by the customer. Returns can be sent to Furore – Ter Mote 2 – BE 9850 NEVELE.
- 4. After receiving your return, you will receive a confirmation by mail and the return will be refunded. The refund will be paid on the same bankaccount , you've made the payment with.
